Libraries subscribing annually will have access to the data and supporting files, including all updates, via their IP address ranges.
Libraries desiring a one-time purchase will receive the files and calendar year updates via email, and then must restrict use of the data to one person at a time. There is no expiration for use.

Academic Individual or Team License
For single users or a team of up to three users, the data and supporting files are sent compressed via email. The licenses are non-transferable to others, and have no expiration. Updates within the calendar year will also be provided.
For institutions with more than one campus or site, and those wanting multiple simultaneous users, options are either IP access (subscription) or receiving the files via email (one-time purchase).
Single site non-profit, governmental or commercial entities subscribing annually will have access to the data and supporting files, including all updates, via their IP address ranges.
Those desiring a one-time purchase will receive the files and calendar year updates via email, and then must restrict use of the data to one person at a time. There is no expiration for use.
