These upgrades are only for those already holding a current license who wish to add the LINKS files to the Archive files, or upgrade from an Individual (single user) license to a Team (of up to three users) License.

*LINKS consist of live links to source articles for each Domestic Conflict Event counted in the Archive from 2011, i.e.: Anti-government Demonstrations, Assassinations, General Strikes, Terrorism & Guerrilla Warfare, Major Government Crises, Revolutions, Riots and Purges.
